Dr. Tarik Leylek is a vascular surgeon from Winnipeg, Manitoba. He completed his Bachelor of Science, Doctor of Medicine, Bachelor of Science in Medicine, and Vascular Surgery Residency at the University of Manitoba.
Following residency, he pursued advanced subspecialty training in complex endovascular aortic repair through fellowships at Klinikum Nurnberg in Germany under Professor Eric Verhoeven, and at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen, Denmark under Professor Timothy Resch.
Additionally, he is certified as a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation in vascular ultrasound. His clinical focus is the treatment of complex aortic disease, with particular interest in advanced endovascular techniques including fenestrated and branched devices.
