CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests must be received in writing by emailing ppruden2@sbgh.mb.ca prior to March 14, 2025 to receive full refund. 

Registrants may prefer to transfer their registration to someone else. To transfer registration, a written request may be emailed to ppruden2@sbgh.mb.ca with replacement person’s registration information by March 28, 2025.

Cancellations received after March 14, 2025 will NOT be refunded. No refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the symposium regardless of whether a registrant participated in the event.
